Service Now Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Location: Pan India Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Service Now Certified Technical Architect (CTA) to lead the design, governance, and implementation of complex Service Now solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to align platform capabilities with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Own the overall Service Now architecture strategy , ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. Define and enforce architecture principles, design standards, and best practices across all Service Now implementations. Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT leaders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Lead high-level design, solution workshops, and technical governance for Service Now initiatives. Provide oversight and mentorship to developers, solution architects, and technical consultants. Ensure integration strategy with enterprise systems and applications is consistent and secure. Stay current on Service Now product roadmap and releases , advising leadership on opportunities for optimization. Required Skills & Experience: Service Now CTA certification (mandatory). 12+ years of IT experience, with at least 6–8 years in Service Now platform design and architecture. Strong experience across multiple Service Now modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, Sec Ops, IRM, etc.). Expertise in Service Now integrations, data architecture, and workflow design . Proven ability to lead technical teams, conduct design authority boards, and manage stakeholders. Strong knowledge of cloud-native architecture, ITIL processes, and enterprise governance frameworks . Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and business audiences. Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications (CIS in ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CSM, etc.). Experience working with large-scale global Service Now implementations . Background in Agile/Dev Ops delivery models. Knowledge of enterprise security and compliance frameworks. Why Join Us?
