Job Description
The Client Engagement Manager at Remedium will have the primary objective of building a healthy relationship with existing customers. He/ She will be the first point of contact / engagement for the assigned clients and accounts.
The Client engagement manager will be responsible for building a healthy relationship with customers. He / She will be responsible for interacting with them, addressing their concerns, and being their (customers’) point of contact.
The role is critical to the success of the advertising and communications business unit. The incumbent will be responsible for final delivery to the assigned client/ account. He/ She will work closely with the art , clinical and creative team for delivery of high-quality output. Customer Satisfaction Ratings and NPS will be a key performance indicator for this candidate
A strong communicator with meticulous attention to detail, the incumbent has to have solid writing and organizational skills. Should work well independently or as part of a team in high-pressure situations. In addition to these general skills and personality traits, Remedium seek its Client Engagement Manager with the following skills.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience with Advertising/ Consulting or PR agency.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Collaborative team player and high level of customer orientation.
Ability to successfully work across campaigns and projects.
Candidates with relevant experience in healthcare, pharma & Med tech industries will be preferred.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree. Degree in Business Management or similar field will be preferred.
Experience with project management.
Experience with building relationships with people at all levels.
Expert knowledge of the life cycle of engagement marketing.
Strong analytical skills.
Highly developed attention to detail
Strong organizational skills.
Should be open to extensive field work and client visits.

A Client Engagement Manager is responsible for a wide variety of roles and responsibilities. They include –
Interact with customers, identify their needs, and suggest new solutions and services that suit their interests.
Interact with the customers and take their feedback regularly.
Collaborate with different teams and monitor all aspects of the project.
Lead various customer projects simultaneously and use different tools for the same.
Collect reviews and testimonials that appraise the brand image.
Create engaging marketing plans for new products and services.
Monitor the ongoing marketing campaigns and plan on making them more effective.
Document all the necessary details about the ongoing marketing campaigns and their effectiveness.
Providing excellent service and support to the existing customers to build healthy relationships with them.
Developing engaging business plans to approach new prospects.
Manage marketing and engagement campaigns on social media platforms.
Use advanced analytics and data from CRM and show a compelling return on investment (ROI).
Execute customer engagement business analysis.
Develop training programs to help the associated staff to support company objectives and goals.
Analysing sales data to identify new opportunities in new markets.
Conduct performance reviews and contribute towards resource management.
Facilitate, keep track and follow-up on deliverables, invoices and payments.
Be a conduit between the client and the operations team to facilitate the expected deliverables.
Client Engagement Manager duties and responsibilities

Managing and monitoring the engagement budget
Be available at client site as and when required.
