Experience (in years): 10+ YearsMandatory Skillsets/qualification/requirements:- Configuration support for at least 2 clients handled on AMS model for Workday HCM- Experience in Business Process setup- General knowledge of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas- Good understanding of Workday Security- Ability to configure and test functional changes to Workday modules- Good written & oral communication skills & strong team playerGood to Have Skillsets:- Implementation/Support experience of systems like in Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft but not limited to these- Experience in configuration support of Payroll, Recruitment and Talent ManagementResponsibilities:- Work independently or with Team Lead and/or Project Manager to participate in configuration support- Gather requirements and prototype the configuration changes- Maintain continuously and support current Business Processes and Setup data by resolving defects (if any), enhance and apply required updates, as necessary- Work in a team of workday configuration and integration analysts and contribute to requirements engineering and craft technical specifications.- Analyze business requirements and produce detail and solution specifications consulting with Client Process Owners about standard methodologies for HR processes in Workday.- Ensure the productive operations of Workday System Architecture including all interfaces (integrations) as well as custom reports/dashboards.- Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns- Ability to work with the team that can be geographically dispersed, in planning support and be available to support or guide as and when necessary
