Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Navi Mumbai. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing expense reports, and offering overall executive support. The role includes scheduling meetings, managing calendars, handling correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation. The candidate will work closely with senior management to support company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Experience in managing Expense Reports and providing Executive Support
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work professionally and effectively under pressure
  • Proficiency in office software and technology tools
  • Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
