Job Title: Cyber Security ExpertExperience Required: 10–15 years in Cyber Security and IT Security ManagementLocation:Aurangabad , Maharashtra Employment Type: Full-TimeEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related fieldCertifications (Required):CISSP / CISM / CEH (or equivalent)Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end security design and implementationEnsure compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST, and project-specific security standardsCollaborate with internal teams: Product Development, Solution Design, Project Management, and SalesCoordinate with external stakeholders including vendors and government bodiesConduct risk assessments and vulnerability analysisLead incident response, including root cause analysis and resolutionDesign and secure network, cloud, and endpoint architecturesAdvise on security upgrades and optimizationSupport pre-tender and post-tender activities related to securityMentor and manage cybersecurity teamsConduct site visits to ensure security implementation and complianceMaintain SLA metrics (MTTD, MTTR, uptime, and reliability)Technical Skills:Network Security, Cloud Security, Endpoint SecurityFirewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, Encryption technologiesSystem design and architecture with security focusRisk management and threat modelingHands-on experience in Io T security and smart infrastructurePreferred Experience:Smart City or Highway Infrastructure projectsGovernment or Public Sector cyber security projectsAWS / Azure / GCP security integrationWireless, mobile, and Io T device securitySecurity strategy, simulation, and performance analysisSoft Skills:Strong leadership and team managementStrategic thinking and planningExcellent communication and client engagementCollaboration across multi-functional teamsIf you're currently exploring new opportunities or considering a job change, please apply by sending your resume to
