RoleDescription:
  • Sourcing business through large corporate & PSUs forretirement benefits & viz. Annuities & NPS bymanaging the endtoend sales cycle.
  • Drivingcustomer engagement through portal for retirementplanning.
  • Acquiring business through existingbook of mapped accounts by increasing engagement enabling awarenesssessions consultations competitive comparisonsetc.
  • Retirement andPension
  • Reduced average case issuance timefrom 35 days to 15 days.
  • Developing andmaintaining relationships with state and central govt. nodalofficers for sourcing of NPS annuities.
  • Connecting with govt. department heads for PFM awareness sessionapprovals.
  • Conducting PFM sessions to increaseNPS awareness and drive AUM growth within assigned territory andtarget
  • Responsible for business developmentand operations of NPS annuities for Allotted area

Roleincludes 3 primaryresponsibilities:
1.BusinessDevelopment: Responsible directly as well as indirectly for entire NPS annuitytarget of west zone Developing and nurturingrelationships with corporate and government nodal officers forbusiness development Conducting seminarsand webinars for end customers to create awareness and drivebusiness
2.Operations: Supervising end to end operations from document pickup andapplication login to case issuance Liaisingwith central underwriting team daily for solving discrepancies caseby case. 3.Training: Training frontline sales people and empowering them with powerpitches market info one pager brochuresetc.
