Job Responsibilities: Workday HCM SMRequired Skills:

Workday HCM Consultant with experience in successful end-to-end implementations orsupport Core HCM modules . It entails detailed hands on technical and functional knowledge ofworkday and the domain . Ability to configure to specs , ability to facilitate requirementssessions as needed and a deep understanding of the best practices. Since none of thesedomains operate in isolation , the individuals needs to cross collaborate with other relatedwork streams.

· A leader with a sense of urgency and strong delivery focus· Workday certification in Core HCM is a must· Design, configure and support business requirements in WD Core HCM for AMS model· Conduct working sessions with clients to analyze business requirements and come upwith solutions· Experience in Business Process setup· General knowledge of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas (mandatory Core HCM,Recruitment, Hire to Retire, Talent Management, Adaptive Planning)· Good understanding of Workday Security· 3-8 years of programming/development experience preferred· Ability to configure and test functional changes to Workday modules· Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player· 4 Years Workday experience mandatory, of which 1-2 years spent in handling WorkdayCore HCM or Security modules.· Expert-level experience in developing and maintaining solutions using Workday as afoundation· Experience in handling discovery sessions with the clientShould be strong in the two or above Functional areas below and Integrations:Functional Areas: Core HCM / Talent & Performance management/SecurityResponsibilities:· Be part of design team for future roadmaps· Support projects execution and governance with the customer team.· Provide configuration support.· Work independently or with Team Lead and/or Project Manager to participate in handlingWorkday Core HCM/Security Configurations· Maintain continuously and support existing integrations by resolving defects (if any), enhance and apply required updates, as necessary · Analyze business requirements and produce detail and solution specifications consulting with Client Process Owners about standard methodologies for HR processes in Workday. · Experience in Workday report is good to have · Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns. · Ability to work with the team that can be geographically dispersed, in planning support and be available to support or guide as and when necessaryExperience Range-2 to 15 Years
