Required Skills:


Workday HCM Consultant with experience in successful end-to-end implementations or

support Core HCM modules . It entails detailed hands on technical and functional knowledge of

workday and the domain . Ability to configure to specs , ability to facilitate requirements

sessions as needed and a deep understanding of the best practices. Since none of these

domains operate in isolation , the individuals needs to cross collaborate with other related

work streams.


· A leader with a sense of urgency and strong delivery focus

· Workday certification in Core HCM is a must

· Design, configure and support business requirements in WD Core HCM for AMS model

· Conduct working sessions with clients to analyze business requirements and come up

with solutions

· Experience in Business Process setup

· General knowledge of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas (mandatory Core HCM,

Recruitment, Hire to Retire, Talent Management, Adaptive Planning)

· Good understanding of Workday Security

· 3-8 years of programming/development experience preferred

· Ability to configure and test functional changes to Workday modules

· Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player

· 4 Years Workday experience mandatory, of which 1-2 years spent in handling Workday

Core HCM or Security modules.

· Expert-level experience in developing and maintaining solutions using Workday as a

foundation

· Experience in handling discovery sessions with the client

Should be strong in the two or above Functional areas below and Integrations:

Functional Areas: Core HCM / Talent & Performance management/Security

Responsibilities:

· Be part of design team for future roadmaps

· Support projects execution and governance with the customer team.

· Provide configuration support.

· Work independently or with Team Lead and/or Project Manager to participate in handling

Workday Core HCM/Security Configurations

· Maintain continuously and support existing integrations by resolving defects (if any), enhance and apply required updates, as necessary · Analyze business requirements and produce detail and solution specifications consulting with Client Process Owners about standard methodologies for HR processes in Workday. · Experience in Workday report is good to have · Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns. · Ability to work with the team that can be geographically dispersed, in planning support and be available to support or guide as and when necessary
