As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team.

Role Overview:

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will play a key leadership role in our organization, overseeing all financial aspects of our operations in both the real estate and non-banking financial sectors. You will be responsible for driving financial strategy, planning, and management to support our growth objectives and ensure financial stability and profitability.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives in the real estate and NBFC sectors.

- Lead the annual budgeting process and long-term financial planning efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as necessary.

2. Financial Reporting and Analysis:

- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, to provide insights into the company's financial performance.

- Conduct regular financial reviews and variance analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

- Present financial performance and analysis to senior management and the board of directors, providing recommendations for strategic decision-making.

3. Risk Management and Compliance:

- Establish and maintain robust internal controls and risk management processes to safeguard the company's assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Manage relationships with external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Capital Management and Financing:

- Develop and execute capital management strategies to optimize the company's capital structure and liquidity position.

- Evaluate and pursue financing opportunities, including debt and equity financing, to support the company's growth initiatives and capital requirements.

5. Leadership and Team Management:

- Provide strong leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Mentor and develop finance team members, empowering them to achieve their full potential and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- CPA, CA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.

- Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role in the real estate and/or NBFC industry.

- Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations applicable to real estate development and NBFC operations.

- Proven track record of strategic financial leadership, driving business growth, and delivering results in a dynamic and competitive environment.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives, board members, investors, and other stakeholders.
