Job Title: Senior Test Lead – Sales - CRM Platform - Microsoft D365 Location: (Bangalore) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 10 + years in QA/UAT, with 3+ years in Sales - CRM and - Sales platform testing Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Test Lead to lead the User Acceptance Testing efforts for our Sales - CRM Platform - Microsoft D365 and - Sales systems. This role ensures that the platform meets business requirements and delivers a seamless experience for Sales - CRM teams and end-users. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to validate end-to-end functionality before production release. Key Responsibilities UAT Strategy & Planning Define UAT scope, objectives, and success criteria aligned with Sales - CRM workflows. Develop UAT test plans, schedules, and resource allocation. Coordinate with business stakeholders to align testing goals with Sales - CRM operations. Test Case Management Oversee creation and execution of test cases based on business requirements. Ensure coverage of critical Sales - CRM processes (e.g., lead management, opportunity tracking, quote generation , - Sales , CRM integrations). Team Leadership Lead and mentor UAT testers and business users. Coordinate cross-functional testing efforts and manage dependencies. Defect Management Track, analyze, and escalate defects. Collaborate with development and QA teams for resolution. Environment & Data Setup Ensure UAT environment mirrors production. Manage test data preparation and validation. Compliance & Documentation Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX). Maintain documentation of test results, issues, and resolutions. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Strong understanding of Sales - CRM Platform - Microsoft D365s (e.g., Sales - CRMforce, - Sales) Experience with JIRA , Confluence , Test Rail , or similar tools. Working experience on - Sales setup, configuration and validation Familiarity with Agile, Scrum methodologies. API Integration testing Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. ISTQB, PMP, or similar certifications preferred. Preferred Experience 2+ years in UAT/Test Management roles. Experience in testing CRM workflows and third-party integrations and API Exposure to mobile and web-based Sales - CRM tools. Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks is a plus.
