Key tasks; accountabilities and challenges of this role
- To process the allocated workload within the area of operation, efficiently, accurately and within the timescales and standards set out in performance standards and targets, utilising basic systems/equipment as required, in order to provide internal and external customers with a high quality support- To liaise with business partners and external customers, ensuring that instructions, enquiries and queries, are acted on efficiently and effectively, seeking to maintain effective working relationships at all times- To escalate any problems, issues or risks which could potentially have a negative impact on any aspect of business operations, financial position or the level and quality of service provided to customers. e.g., reconciliation variances
