Position Summary:

Graduate

- Minimum 2 years- Interest in Accounting/ Finance- Experience in SAP

A Day in Your Life: Key Responsibilities

- Execution of operational O2C- Claims & Deductions activities- Verification and processing of claims & deductions as per standards.- Coordination with stakeholders (internal & external) for obtaining documents, customer reconciliations.- Reporting on KPIs. Basic knowledge on Power BI and proficient on- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of services delivered in accordance with Service Level Agreements- Perform periodic activity relevant review's with Senior Executive/Stream Supervisor.- Contribute to Continuous Improvements programs and standardization of processes across all markets in scope.

- Functional understanding of O2C- Continuous Improvement Mindset- Strong customer orientation & exceptional commitment to deliver quality service.
