Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR professional to join our team, with a strong focus on Recruitment and HR Operations. This role requires a hands-on individual who can manage end-to-end recruitment processes, support HR operational functions, and ensure smooth onboarding and compliance with internal policies.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Track, monitor, and ensure adherence to recruitment TAT (Turnaround Time)
  • Facilitate new hire activities, including induction, orientation, and onboarding essentials
  • Manage background verification and complete required documentation (nomination forms, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate records for new joiners and employee exits
  • Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures

Ensure HR processes are compliant and efficiently managed

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good understanding of HR policy frameworks and operational compliance
