Major Skills and qualification : We’re Hiring: Project Manager / Technical Manager Experience: 10–16 Years Location: (Bangalore/WFO) Domain : Networking Protocols (L2/L3 Protocols) Previous backround : Software development along with Project management Qualification : B.E./B.Tech Skills Required : Networking protocols (L2/L3) Development (VLAN, BGP, MPLS, OSPF, IGMP, SNMP,TCP/IP,UDP), C / C++ programming, End to end Project/Program Management, SDLC, Project execution, Software development, budgeting, mitigration, project planning, PnL, Margins, Risk Management, PMP, Scrum Master,Stakeholder management, Implementation. Responsibilities We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Techno Manager with a strong Networking (L2/L3) and Software Development background to lead multiple projects and collaborate with global stakeholders. Key Skills & Technical Expertise Strong experience in Networking protocols (L2/L3) Development Expertise in C / C++ programming Hands-on experience in networking protocol development such as: VLAN, BGP, MPLS, OSPF, IGMP, SNMP,TCP/IP,UDP Prior experience as a developer who has transitioned into project management Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Strong understanding of project delivery, quality, risks, and mitigation Management & Leadership Skills Excellent customer and stakeholder management Strong communication and coordination abilities Understanding of P&L, margins, budgeting (preferred) Preferably from a services-based organization with similar delivery experience PMP / Scrum certification is an added advantage (not mandatory) What We’re Looking For A proactive leader who can manage complex technical programs, work effectively with engineering teams, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high-quality standards across projects.
