- Coordinate for logistics of manure
- Check quality of feedstock and manure
- Disposal of plant discharges as per norms
- Reporting of various MIS
- Support Asset Creation Team during Project Execution Period
- Supervise and follow implementation of safety procedures and processes in the fields
- Ensure risk assessment and tool box talk prior to job execution
- Support the senior in monitoring process parameters, troubleshooting & expediting maintenance
- Provide field supervision for shutdown, start up and preservation
- Ensure Yield and Uptime guarantees
- Achieving of targeted yield and conversion cost
- Ensure safe operations of assets
- Required to work closely with Project Team during the development phase, with other internal teams during construction, including Portfolio Management team and external advisors
- Proven experience succeeding in a complex stakeholder environment, with strong relationship building and influencing skills and the ability to drive change
- Coordinate between Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Civil groups to ensure smooth functioning of work
- Monitor Operation cost and budgeting of the site
- Ensure execution and compliance to schedules
- Ensure system implementation & discipline
- Ensure HSE, statutory and regulatory compliance
- Interaction with various support services Human Resource, Administration, Workshop, planning, security
- Preparation of daily reports on the Plant performance highlights, raw material and Utilities consumption reports. Member of Auxiliary Fire Squad.
- Ensure the implementation of safety procedures and processes (Workplace safety & Waste management), in the fields
- Monitoring of the consumption of the raw materials and utilities, shift wise
- Monitor & troubleshoot all process parameters and equipment condition for smooth operation of the plant with reduction of flare loss
- Highlight exceptions in parameters which affect product quality
- Follow up with maintenance departments to expedite planned / unplanned maintenance activities, reporting of near-miss incidents
- Reduce effluent/waste generation
- Monitor and track raw material receipt & products dispatch
