Technical Sales Engineer – EM Motion Modules

Role & Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in motion modules, automation, and control systems.
  • Engage with customers to understand technical requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, quotations, and proposals.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to provide pre-sales and post-sales support.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a focus on long-term partnerships.
  • Travel to customer sites for meetings, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
  • Prepare and maintain sales activity reports to track progress and business growth.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Strong technical understanding of motion control, automation, or drive systems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a small, skilled, and collaborative team.
  • Must own a 2-wheeler for local travel.
  • Interested and willing to travel for customer visits and business development.
  • Knowledge of multiple languages is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude and interest in sales are also welcome.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
