In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the development and enhancement of our product offerings, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with our strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy: Develop and implement product vision, strategy, and roadmap for SaaS and e-commerce solutions.Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define product requirements and ensure successful product launches.User Experience: Advocate for user-centered design principles to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate based on data-driven insights.Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and gathering feedback throughout the product lifecycle.Agile Methodology: Lead agile product development processes, facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field;

MBA is a plus.3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in SaaS and e-commerce.Strong understanding of product management methodologies and tools (e.G., JIRA, Confluence).Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with user experience design principles and customer feedback processes.
