Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to the CEO, managing day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the executive office.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence and communications
  • Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and take detailed minutes
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making
  • Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned
  • Perform general administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in (specific industry) is a plus
