Application Development Senior Analyst
Position Overview:The Application Development Senior Analyst will assist the team in coordinating software development, and designs, codes, tests, and debugs in partnership with senior engineers. This role requires proficiency in many types and phases of applications programming including weighing the benefits, risks, and success factors of potential applications. The Senior Analyst Converts business requirements and logical models into technical application design using application design activities, tools and techniques. Designs, plans and executes application testing strategies and tactics to ensure software quality throughout all stages of application development.
Responsibilities:Works within an agile team to develop, test, and maintain business applications built on Salesforce technologiesReads user stories and develops solutions to simple design problemsPrepares necessary reports, manuals and other documentation as neededDesigns, develops, and unit tests applications in accordance with established standardsParticipates in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code and configurationsSupports packaging and deployment of releasesDevelops, refines, and tunes integrations between applicationsAnalyzes and resolves technical and application problemsAdheres to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budgetProvides third-level support to business usersMonitors the performance of internal systemsAttends scrum ceremony meetings and design sessions
QualificationsRequired Skills:Proven knowledge of basic coding languages such as Java , Java, Spring Boot, AWS, CamundaAWS Practitioner Certification is requiredNon SQL DB's - Mongo DB implementation experience is requiredGraph DB - Neptune Or Neo4J implementations experience is requiredSolid understanding of object-oriented programming conceptsSolid understanding of relational database design and querying conceptsDetail-oriented and goal-orientedProficient in Microsoft OfficeAble to adapt to a fast-paced work environmentAble to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with version control conceptsIdeally, exposure to Salesforce and Cloud technologiesKnowledge of agile development methodologiesKnowledge of unit testing
Required Experience & Education:College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline5 –7 years of work experience in software or web Front end and Backend service development
Location & Hours of Work:Full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Expected overlap with US hours as appropriate.Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India, with flexibility to work remotely as required.
