Curefoods (EatFit) is a company that incubates food brands and operates state-of-the-art cloud kitchens & Dine-ins with a focus on making honest food that customers love. We aim to democratize access to good food in a sustainable manner by providing food that suits our customers' palettes and nutritional needs. Our current portfolio of brands includes EatFit, CakeZone, Sharief Bhai, Nomad Pizza, Frozen Bottle, Olio, Rolls on Wheels, Home Plate, Juno's Pizza, Chaatstreet and Ovenfresh.
Role Description
- Responsible for calculating costs of food and beverage items, short and long‐term planning, controlling, and pricing aspects
- Control the Food and Beverage outlets regarding wastage, pilferage, and efficiency
- Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicate with relevant stakeholders
- Submit monthly F&B report for management review
- Conduct surprise spot checks to validate recipe adherence and yield percentage.
- Sort, count, identify, verify and track all material against invoices, orders , bills or other records
- Perform regular material warehouse audits to ensure that material is undamaged and maintained neatly throughout the stores
- Prepare daily staff meal cost reports
Mandatory
- Previous experience working as FCC
- Comfortable in managing things on Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
