If you thrive on hitting aggressive ROAS targets and can articulate the "why" behind every data point, we want you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Execution: Develop, build, and manage end-to-end performance campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, YouTube) and Meta Ads platforms.
• AI-Powered Optimization: Leverage and master the latest AI-driven features (e.g., Meta Advantage+ suite, Google's Performance Max) to automate and scale campaign performance while maintaining strategic oversight.
• ROAS & Revenue Growth: Take ownership of the advertising budget with a direct mandate to increase Return On Ad Spend month-over-month. You will be challenged to hit and exceed predefined ROAS and ROI targets.
• Lead Generation Excellence: Design and optimize funnels specifically for high-intent lead generation, focusing on quality and conversion rate, not just volume.
• Data-Driven Reporting: Go beyond vanity metrics. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports with deep insights on CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and quality score. Your analysis must directly inform business decisions.
• A/B Testing Rigor: Continuously test ad copy, creatives, audiences, and landing pages to discover new winning variables and eliminate inefficiencies.

Mandatory Technical Skills & Hands-On Experience (The Non-Negotiables):

• Google Ads Mastery:
• In-depth knowledge of Performance Max campaign structuring, asset optimization, and audience signal deployment.
• Expertise in Smart Bidding Strategies (tCPA, tROAS, Maximize Conversions) and knowing when to apply each.
• Proven experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) integration, conversion tracking setup, and leveraging its insights for campaign optimization.
• Ability to dissect Search Query Reports and aggressively manage negative keyword lists.
• Hands-on experience with YouTube Ads for both awareness and conversion objectives.
• Meta Ads Mastery:
• Proven expertise in building and scaling Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns and Advantage+ Audience features.
• Mastery of the Meta Pixel / Conversions API (CAPI) implementation and troubleshooting.
• Advanced skills in structuring campaigns using Broad Targeting and Advantage+ Lookalikes, guided by Meta's AI.
• Experience with Instant Forms and optimizing the lead gen journey within the Meta ecosystem.
• Demonstrable success in creative testing frameworks and dynamic creative optimization (DCO).
• Analytical & Reporting Prowess:
• Expert-level proficiency in Google Analytics 4 for funnel analysis and audience segmentation.
• Experience with Google Looker Studio or similar data visualization tools to build client-facing dashboards.
• Ability to calculate and report on ROAS, ROI, CPA, and LTV accurately.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing a minimum monthly ad spend of $30k+ across Google and Meta.
• Agency experience is a significant advantage.
• A portfolio of case studies showing direct responsibility for ROAS improvement and lead gen success.
• An obsessive, analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent communication skills to report findings and justify strategies.
• Ability to work from our office and collaborate with the team immediately.
