Urgent Hiring For Senior IT Recruiter
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:-
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer negotiation.- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop appropriate sourcing strategies.- Identify qualified candidates through various channels such as job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn), employee referrals, and social networks.- Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates technical fit, communication skills, and alignment with organizational values.- Coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders and ensure a seamless candidate experience.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment drives, job fairs, and other hiring events as needed
Qualifications & Requirements:-
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in IT recruitment, preferably within a corporate or staffing environment.- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and current market trends.- Proficiency in using sourcing tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Preferred Attributes:-
Experience hiring for both product and service-based IT companies.- Exposure to volume hiring, campus recruitment, or diversity hiring is an advantage.- Knowledge of recruitment analytics and reporting.
