Job responsibilities:

• Understand the company’s core cybersecurity business domain, communicate, collaborate and build relationships with Clients, Business stakeholders, Practice Heads, Operations Analysts to develop effective products and technology solutions.


• Gain deep understanding of customer experience, ideate on new product features, improvements, gaps, which grows market share and customer engagement.


• Draw detailed Product roadmaps, drive continuous improvement in product features of existing solutions. Actively participate to translate product strategy into requirements, technical design and where needed develop core components of the technical architecture.


• Be a role model to a team of cybersecurity technologists by always demonstrating the highest standards in technology design and development; continuously improving the capabilities in the way an enterprise builds SaaS solution.


• Hands-on working in delivering end-to-end solutions contributing to key App development functions including Requirements management, Application Design/Development, Delivery/Project management, Application IT/Security, Production Support, Release/Environment management.


• Participate in industry events, road shows, client demonstrations, to solicit market and customer feedback.


• Lead the technology solution on new Project requirements and provide subject matter insight to prepare estimates, prioritize based on customer and business impact.


• Explore modern technologies and experiment its adoption for efficient and scalable solutions.


• Be a point of contact to Leadership team to drive new Product development initiatives, proactive tracking of project progress, tracking and risk mitigation through metrics and statistics.


Job specifications:


1. Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field


2. Experience:

10+ years


3. Desired Skills

• Overall, 10-14 years of experience in product development with at least 3-5 years of proven ability in managing sizeable enterprise grade applications on AWS platform.


• Deep expertise in Architecture, Design and Development of software applications using ReactJS, React native, NodeJS.


• Product development on Microsoft .NET tech stack, with Web Technologies, SQL Server and integration of MS Office applications will be an added advantage.


• Experience in developing Secure applications, UI/UX designs, Database application design, Application performance, scaling, enterprise-level integration and messaging systems.


• Strong understanding of the software development processes with ability to manage all aspects of a successful Product lifecycle.


• Proven experience working with stakeholders to help define Product requirements for complex systems based on outlined strategic technology platform.


• Proven experience delivering agile solutions and Application lifecycle management in an AWS and .NET environment.

• Excellent communication skills, skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix setup. Be a self-starter, dynamic and a go-getter in working with stakeholders and driving problem solutions to closure.


• Experience working with Cybersecurity products and/or services industry would be an advantage.


• Sound academic record with an achiever’s track record in Product management profession.


• Exposure to digital transformation technologies like Data warehouse, Data Visualization, Analytics, AI, ML, GenAI will be preferred.
