Job Role :

- Managing business development of the Gujarat cluster for multiple products in Rural areas. Ensuring Smooth flow of relationship between Dealers & Customers.- To Empanel and groom Dealer networks for various products like CD, TW, AL, TL, CE, PL, BL.- Managing Business growth and profitability with and through Area Managers and the larger Sales team.- Introduce and Implement new marketing and sales promotion initiatives for the region by coordinating with product team.- To Drive Rural business through Open Market, Branch Channel & Dealers.- Managing Business productivity for Rural Business for the Assigned Cluster.- Provide market intelligence in term of business, product & proposal.

Key Skills :

- Graduate with 14 years of experience- 6 years team handling experience- Experience in Commercial Vehicle loans and knowledge in Personal loans and LAP is also desirable- Understanding of Rural Asset Business and its profit drivers
