Profitcast is excited to announce an opening for a Full-Time Social Media Manager on behalf of our client, N Gopaldaas Jewellers, a prestigious name in the jewelry industry. This role will be based in-store and will be responsible for executing key in-store marketing activities and working closely with our remote marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaison with Profitcast: Serve as the in-store point of contact, working directly with our marketing team to ensure campaigns are executed effectively.
  • Content Creation: Capture high-quality in-store photography and videography for product promotion, events, and customer interactions. You'll ensure that the content aligns with N Gopaldaas Jewellers’ luxury brand image.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with customers in-store to capture testimonials and media for use in social media content. Foster an authentic connection between the brand and its customers.
  • Social Media Management: Collaborate with Profitcast to manage N Gopaldaas Jewellers' social media platforms. This includes posting content, responding to followers, and maintaining a strong online presence.
  • In-Store Marketing Initiatives: Support in-store events and promotions, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with online campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Strong skills in photography, videography, and video editing.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Passion for social media trends and the luxury retail space.
  • Ability to work in-store while coordinating with our remote team.
