About the position
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new business opportunities for microscopes and their accessories.
By using a technical approach to selling and their expertise to identify and qualify leads, we convert them into sales opportunities with both new and existing customers for Magnus Opto Systems.
Job Description:
- Responsible for managing the sales of microscopes and accessories in the provided territory.
- Generating a prospective customer pipeline or sales lead and converting it into sales.
- Lead sales efforts by developing and executing sales strategies, including pricing and negotiation.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Visit and follow up with direct customers and distributors/dealers regularly.
- Provide technical support to the dealers/ distributors.
- Travel to meet customer/business needs.
- Handling the full product sales cycle, including payment collection.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Strong product knowledge of microscopes or related medical equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Negotiation skills and the ability to close deals successfully.
Qualifications
Graduate with a specialization: in biomedical or life sciences.
Experience:
Minimum 2-4 years

- Problem-solving approach,
- Candidate with high integrity to easily fit in the organization's legacy.
