The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing enterprise network infrastructure using Cisco technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, manage, and troubleshootCisco routers and switchesImplement and supportOSPF & BGP routing protocolsin enterprise networksHandle L2/L3 network issues, VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, ACLsPerform network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvementsMonitor network performance and ensure high availabilityConduct root cause analysis & implement preventive actionsWork with firewalls, WAN, LAN, and network security tools (as needed)Documentation of configurations, changes, and network diagrams️ Required Skills✔️Strong Routing Skills:OSPF, BGP (Mandatory)✔️ Cisco Routing & Switching (Cisco 2900/3900/9000 series)✔️ VLAN, STP, HSRP/VRRP, EtherChannel✔️ ACLs, NAT, DHCP, DNS✔️ Network troubleshooting (L1–L4)✔️ Hands-on with Cisco IOS configurations⭐ Good to HaveCCNA / CCNP certificationExperience with MPLS / QoS / SD-WAN technologiesKnowledge of firewalls (Cisco ASA / Palo Alto / Fortinet)Experience with SolarWinds, PRTG, or other monitoring toolsIdeal CandidateStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsGood communication & ticket-handling experienceAbility to manage incidents in large enterprise networks
