About Us:

We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team and drive our production and quality initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • B.E. (Mechanical) from a reputed engineering university.

  • 15+ years of experience in a light precision engineering company, specializing in production and quality.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, guide, and oversee optimal day-to-day operations.

  • Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and quality across all processes.

  • Allocate resources effectively to maximize asset utilization and achieve optimal results.

  • Conceptualize and implement policies, systems, and procedures in coordination with employees and team members.

  • Establish and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality check protocols to maintain high standards of production.

  • Manage a team of production supervisors, quality engineers, and other employees, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and high performance.

  • Ensure production output meets product quality standards and adheres to on-time delivery schedules.

  • Liaise with subcontractors to ensure seamless operations and uphold quality standards.

  • Facilitate new development activities within the production scope, driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Skills:

  • Extensive experience in the sheet metal industry or light engineering.

  • Knowledge of industrial safety, ISO systems, 5S, Kaizen, and other quality management systems.

  • Strong team-building, decision-making, and people-management skills.

  • Computer literacy and excellent communication skills.

  • Analytical approach to problem-solving.
