Directly manage and develop a team of Black Belts embedding best-practice Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement frameworks. Partner with executives and stakeholders to drive customer-centred process design, aligning transformation to group strategy. To succeed in this role, we’d love you to have: Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (essential) with proven success leading large-scale process improvement initiatives. Strong capability in end-to-end value chain design, optimisation, and data-driven decision-making. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to partner at all levels of the organisation. Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, particularly other Black Belts, within a continuous improvement or transformation environment. Commercial acumen and a passion for simplifying complexity and improving customer experiences. Exposure to AI-enabled process analytics and/or Human-Centred Design (highly regarded).
