Registered Managers are responsible for leading dedicated, high-performing teams, providing the leadership and support necessary for their staff to deliver consistently high-quality care. Ensuring adherence to Care Quality Commission (CQC) legislation is fundamental, as it guarantees services meet the highest standards of care and safety.

In addition to the day-to-day management of the care home, the Registered Manager will oversee staff performance, manage budgets and contracts, and make strategic decisions that shape the future and growth of the care home. Leading specific projects they will implement innovative solutions to improve service delivery continuously. Ultimately, the Registered Manager plays a critical role in fostering a supportive, compassionate environment that prioritizes the health and happiness of elderly clients, ensuring that their needs are met with the utmost professionalism and care.

Progression of the role:Candidates on the Accelerated Registered Manager Programme would arrive in the UK, and work as a care worker for the first 6+ months, then a Senior Care worker for the second 6+ months, and then move into a Deputy Manager role for the next 6+ month role. When classified as a Deputy Manager, they must have a minimum gross annual income of £29,000, which we expect would be the case at this classification.

**Note: According to the latest update from the Home Office policy paper, the UK spouse visa minimum income requirement will continue to rise to £34,500, eventually reaching £38,700, we still believe that these amounts will be achievable, although the higher amount, maybe when holding a full registered Manager role.
