Job Description
As an Associate Product Designer, you will play a key role in the design and development of our products, contributing to both the aesthetic and functional aspects of our offerings. Working closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, you will help bring our vision to life through intuitive and visually appealing designs. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative individual with a
passion for design and a desire to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibility
o Actively contributing to the development of a cohesive design language and components for our applications and games, while consistently seeking opportunities for improvement, optimiation, and standardiationo
o Collaborating closely with product managers and cross-functional team members to gain a deep understanding of project goals, requirements, and user needs, ensuring alignment with overall design objectives
o
o Crafting scalable and reusable interaction and visual design patterns that transcend individual projects,fostering consistency and efficiency across various applications and designs.
As a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual and interactive experiences of our apps and games. »our responsibilities include:
Qualifications & Skills
E:Compelling Portfolio: Showcase a strong portfolio that demonstrates your skills and accomplishments in design, providing insight into your creative process and the impact of your work
E Educational Background: Hold a MasterFs or BachelorFs degree in Graphic Design, rts, Interaction Design, Communication Design, or Product Design from reputable institutions such as IDC, NID, Sir School of rts, or other esteemed design schools
E
E Design Tool Proficiency: Proficient in using design tools like Figma, Sketch, dobe Creative Suite, proto.io, Balsamiq, Miroboard, etc. nowledge of fter Effects is a plus, showcasing a versatile skill set
E Communication Skills: Exhibit strong documentation, communication, organizational, and time-
management skills, essential for conveying design ideas effectively and efficiently
Egile Experience: Exposure to agile working environments and methodologies, demonstrating the ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic work settings while working autonomously
E Collaborative Mindset: Effectively collaborate across organizational boundaries, displaying the capability to define, manage, and prioritize work in alignment with team and project goals.
