KEY ACCOUNTABILITY (i.e. Deliverables, preferably upto 5)
- Ensure Seamless Material flow for Production
- Ensure Quality & Timely Material from Vendors
- Vendor Development(New) & Retention
- Minimise Inventory (Rejections, Scrap,etc.)
- Maintain Competitive Raw Material Cost

KEY ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED (responsibilities and meeting customer expectations).
- Oversee procurement of raw material and approvals are obtained in time
- Oversee generation of purchase order & it is issued on timely basis
- Ensure Material Requirement Plan (MRP) to be received in time
- Ensure in time GRN as per terms of Purchase Order
- Follow procurement Processes to bring smoothness in the functions
- Follow Vendor policy and implement NDAs, GPAs, and other compliances
- Follow Vendor selection process to bring right vendor on the baord
- Closely overview the Stores and Logistics function to enhance effectiveness-for delivery and cost
- Closely overview the logistic function to enhance effectiveness- for delivery and cost
- Exercise inventory control for minimizing the overall inventory, age of FG & follow JIT as per management's directives
