Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Integration Solution Design:

Architect, design, and implement robust integration solutions using Azure Integration Services (AIS) to seamlessly connect diverse systems and technologies.

Technical Leadership and Guidance:

Provide technical direction for the development team, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and principles as defined by the Enterprise Architecture team. Assist in the creation of new architectural patterns and standards, staying abreast of emerging technology related to integration best practices.

Architectural Governance:

Create integration solution design artefacts, setting and enforcing architectural standards that align with industry best practices. Ensure suitable sizing of solutions, technology fit, and disaster recovery considerations are assessed and addressed.

Azure Integration Advancement:

Plan and develop processes and methods to enhance the development team's Azure Integration capabilities. Lead integration efforts, working closely with the architecture team.

Collaboration and Guidance:

Regularly improve processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality information, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the Azure architecture.

Culture and Ethics:

Uphold client culture and ensure the protection of the safety and wellbeing of staff, customers, and communities.

Essential Skills:

Demonstrable experience in integrating assorted solutions with Azure, including Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, and API Management. Experience as an Azure Integration Architect in the latest two projects. Experience with migration projects from BizTalk server to Azure services is a plus. Strong grasp of Architecture Integration patterns and their application to various integration scenarios. Thorough understanding of SaaS cloud application design patterns, with knowledge of MACH and Microservice Architecture frameworks. Utilization of architecture modeling tools (e.g., Spark, Lucidchart) to generate diverse architecture views. Knowledge of Azure Security, including Azure Entra, and significant understanding of compliance requirements and global data protection rules.

Experience:

Significant experience in Azure cloud architecture. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define and ascertain integration requirements. Familiarity with DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines. Proficient understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with Azure services, including: Development expertise using Azure API Management, Azure Logic Apps, Web API, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Azure Data Factory, Event Grid, Event Hub, and general Azure services. Designing, building, and configuring Microservice Applications to align with business processes and application requirements, with excellent knowledge of .Net Core programming concepts.
