The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: Role and Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in the design, development, and testing of NFC software applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers and product managers, to define software requirements and specifications.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.Provide technical guidance and support to team members, resolving complex technical issues.Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure high-quality and reliable software closely with project managers to define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Technical Skills Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role in projects utilizing Near Field Communication (NFC) technologiesStrong programming skills in CIn-depth knowledge of NFC standards such as ISO/IEC 14443 and ISO/IEC 18000-3Experience in implemeting NFC tags and readersGeneral knowledge in wireless networking, including understanding of RF principles.Ability to make strategic technical decisions and guide the team towards successful project completion.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.Desired Skills Prior experience in IoT or embedded systems development is a plus.Knowledge of C++/Python developmentExperience with RTOS developmentQualifications Bachelors in Elecronics, CS or Related field with minimum 10vyears of experience or Masters with minimum 8 years of experience
