We specialize in helping our highly-skilled, global specialist talent community around the world, connect with innovative companies looking scale their global teams quickly and cost-effectively.The RoleWe are hiring a passionate, data-driven Digital Marketing professional to join a collaborative and innovative team and lead our digital marketing initiatives.Your responsibilities will include:Designing and executing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, segmenting email lists, and personalizing content to increase open and click-through rates.Monitoring and analyzing email performance metrics and optimizing campaigns for better results.Configuring and managing Google Analytics to track website traffic and user behavior, and analyzing data to gain insights into user engagement, conversion rates, and campaign performance.Generating regular reports and providing actionable recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.Developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across online platforms,Planning and producing high-quality, relevant content for newsletters, case studies, etc.Ideal ProfileYou possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field and have
