ABOUT YOUR ROLE :


- We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and oversee SAP implementation / IT projects within our organization.


- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on successful delivery, team collaboration, and effective communication.


- As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing SAP/IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE :


- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.


- Implement and enforce project management best practices to optimize project outcomes.


- Coordinate project activities across multiple teams and departments to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.


- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including business leaders, end-users, and technical teams.


- Manage expectations and provide regular project updates to key stakeholders.


- Collaborate with resource managers to identify and address resource gaps or constraints.


- Identify and assess potential risks associated with projects and develop mitigation strategies.


- Proactively manage and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.


- Facilitate training and communication efforts to ensure smooth transitions for end-users


WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU :


- Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically managing SAP implementation / IT projects.


- Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration with other business processes.


- Excellent leadership and team management skills.


- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.


- Well aware of Agile, SCRUM methodology.


- Proactive, Self-Driven, Good Communication Skills (Written & Verbal), Good Inter-personal skills, Good Co-ordination skills, Excellent Client handling skills, Good Documentation skills, Business Analysis skills
