We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Business Analyst (Fresher) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or entry-level professionals who are eager to build a career in Business Analysis and contribute to real-world IT and business projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Support the preparation of Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
  • Participate in client/stakeholder meetings, note key points, and follow up on action items.
  • Help in preparing use cases, process flows, and user stories.
  • Conduct basic data analysis using tools like Excel/SQL.
  • Contribute to testing by validating requirements against developed features.

Required Skills & Competencies
1) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2) Basic understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodology.
1) Good communication and documentation skills.
2) Familiarity with tools such as MS Excel, Jira, Confluence, or similar (added advantage).
3) Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of internship/training experience in Business Analysis.
