About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Data Specialist to join our team. You will narrate compelling stories around data findings, with a focus on driving changes in our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Storytelling:

- Conduct in-depth data analysis using Python, Power BI, SAP, Workday, or SQL. - Craft compelling narratives around data findings. - Use visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to enhance storytelling.

Data Manipulation:

- Clean, transform, and preprocess data for analysis. - Handle missing data, outliers, and inconsistencies. - Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality.

Systems and Workflows:

- Optimize data workflows and processes. - Experience with data integration and data governance.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, HR, etc.). - Understand business requirements and align data solutions accordingly. - Communicate findings and insights to Executive Committee members. - Project Management: - Build reports from scratch, not just run existing reports. - Engage in predictive modeling projects. - Ensure data protection and handle sensitive HR data.

Requirements:

- Domain expertise in HR, Finance, and Rewards. - Proficiency in macros and Visual Basic in Excel. - Experience with pay ranges, diversity objectives, HR, and procurement. - Ability to drive changes in business processes.

Desired Skills:

- Adaptability to change and self-motivation. - Ability to work in complex environments.
