Job Title: Data Specialist/Data AnalystLocation : Remote, Pune.Looking for Immediate Joiners.About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled Data Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth data analysis using tools such as Python, Power BI, SAP, Workday, and SQL. You will narrate compelling stories around data findings, with a focus on driving changes in our business.Key Responsibilities :Data Analysis and Storytelling :Conduct in-depth data analysis using Python, Power BI, SAP, Workday, or SQL.Craft compelling narratives around data findings.Use visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to enhance storytelling.Data Manipulation :Clean, transform, and preprocess data for analysis.Handle missing data, outliers, and inconsistencies.Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality.Systems and Workflows :Optimize data workflows and processes.Experience with data integration and data governance.Stakeholder Engagement :Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, HR, etc.).Understand business requirements and align data solutions accordingly.Communicate findings and insights to Executive Committee members.Project Management :Build reports from scratch, not just run existing reports.Engage in predictive modeling projects.Ensure data protection and handle sensitive HR data.Requirements :Domain expertise in HR, Finance, and Rewards.Proficiency in macros and Visual Basic in Excel.Experience with pay ranges, diversity objectives, HR, and procurement.Ability to drive changes in business processes.Desired Skills :Adaptability to change and self-motivation.Ability to work in complex environments.
