We are on a mission to make it easier and healthier for pet parents to care for their furry companions.Role: Logistics & Operations ExecutiveLocation: Mumbai (On-site)Type: Full-time JobRole Overview:As a Logistics & Operations Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operational flow of our business. You’ll work closely with our COO and Co-founder to ensure timely production, delivery, and customer satisfaction through efficient logistical planning and execution.Key Responsibilities:Planning & Organising: Assist in scheduling and prioritising deliveries, managing production timelines, and coordinating daily logistics.Supplier Management: Liaise with vendors to ensure timely production and delivery; handle discrepancies and maintain positive supplier relationships.Transportation Coordination: Arrange FTL & LTL transportation, schedule vehicle dispatches, and track deliveries for timely fulfilment.Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, manage reorder points, and reduce inventory wastage.Documentation: Maintain accurate shipment records, invoices, and logistics documentation in line with compliance requirements.Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with procurement, production, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operational execution.Problem Solving: Troubleshoot delays, disruptions, or quality concerns with swift corrective actions.Route Planning: Design efficient delivery routes considering cost, time, and delivery priorities.Customer Service Support: Respond to delivery inquiries and resolve logistics-related issues promptly.Key Skills & QualificationsProficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite (mandatory)Strong verbal and written communication in EnglishAbility to present and explain information clearly to managers and teamsExcellent coordination, planning, and organisational skillsPassionate about pets and pet wellness (a plus)Why Join Us?Opportunity to work closely with leadership and gain hands-on experience in logistics, operations, and supply chain.Exposure to the fast-paced and meaningful work of a pet wellness startup.Be part of a team that genuinely cares about pet health and customer satisfaction.Monthly Retainer: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000If you are interested in applying for this role, please contact me directly by phone at the number provided below.
