Creative Consultant

RRD GO Creative is currently seeking Creative Consultants/Program Managers for the Global Brand Solutions division in Chennai.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients regarding creative/digital projects.
- Overseeing project health at a divisional level, covering multiple domains or service lines.
- Making strategic decisions related to service delivery, client engagement models, and project planning.
- Providing guidance to design, technology, and product leads for executing tasks and milestones.
- Maintaining a Project Charter to track milestones, flag delays and provide updates to key stakeholders
- Planning resources by understanding team members' skills and expertise to assign roles or engage them as needed.
- Having a strong understanding of respective domains and associated deliverables to engage in meaningful conversations with clients.
Requirements for this role include:
- Experience in a client-facing role, collaborating with key stakeholders at the client side, both in operations and digital/technical areas.
- Proven ability to build and manage teams with varied creative, production, and digital skill sets.
- Commitment to learning and developing a high-level understanding of digital and marketing domains.
- Experience in driving projects involving multiple stakeholders across operations, creative, and technical functions.
- Familiarity with workflow tools and systems.
