RRD GO CREATIVE is currently seeking Project Lead - Business Analyst in Chennai
Job Description
In this role you will be responsible for:
Business Analysis :
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, objectives, and KPIs.
Analyze business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Develop functional specifications, use cases, and user stories to guide development teams.
Conduct cost-benefit analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for proposed solutions.
UX and Interaction Design :
Work with UX designers to define the architecture, user journeys, personas, and wireframes (prototypes) that align with business goals and user needs.
Review and contribute to the creation of prototypes, wireframes, and mockups to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to inform iterative improvements.
Provide input on interaction design to ensure seamless, intuitive, and efficient user experiences across platforms.
Cross-functional Collaboration :
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and UX/UI designers, ensuring clear communication of business needs.
Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure ongoing alignment and project progress.
Documentation and Reporting :
Create clear and concise documentation of business processes, functional requirements, and user stories.
Prepare and present reports on project progress, user feedback, and impact analysis to stakeholders.
Maintain up-to-date project documentation and ensure all parties are informed of any changes in scope or direction.
Requirements for this role include:
A degree in Information Systems, UX Design, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in business analysis, with a strong focus on UX and interaction design, preferably with experience in XR Solutions (AR, VR and MR).
Proven experience collaborating with UX/UI teams to translate business needs into user-friendly digital solutions.
Proficient in creating functional specifications, user stories, and wireframes.
A strategic thinker with a strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and usability best practices.
Familiarity with prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on user experience optimization.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles is a plus.
Experience in conducting UX research and usability testing.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques for evaluating user behavior.
Understanding of interaction design patterns and mobile-first design principles.
Experience working in XR Solutions, or digital products is a plus.
A good understanding of various XR devices.
