Financial & Resource Management: *Qualifications & Experience: *Master’s Degree from a recognized university. *Minimum 15 years of teaching/research experience, including 5 years in an administrative/leadership role (e.g., HOD, Dean, Vice-Principal, Principal). *Strong knowledge of higher education policies, regulatory frameworks, and academic best practices. Excellent communication, presentation, and networking abilities. *Visionary outlook with commitment to academic excellence. *Integrity, discipline, and ability to inspire faculty, staff, and students.
