Designed for modern travelers, the hotel combines contemporary amenities with the hallmark of luxury hospitality in an urban setting.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic & ConceptualCollaborate with Sales & Marketing to design bespoke event experiences aligned with our luxury brand.Contribute to event package development and promotional strategies.Analyze client feedback and event outcomes to drive continuous improvement.Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.OperationalManage event documentation and ensure compliance with brand standards.Coordinate logistics: room setups, AV, menus, staffing, and more.Maintain timely and professional communication with clients.Support budgeting, forecasting, and inventory planning for events.InterpersonalBuild strong client relationships with personalized service and attention to detail.Foster seamless collaboration across departments.Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and a solution-oriented mindset.What We’re LookingFor Education: Degree in Hotel Management or related fieldExperience: Minimum 1 year in F&B or sales operations, with hands-on event coordination in luxury hospitalitySkills:Event detailing & BEO preparationClient relationship managementCross-functional collaborationTime & resource managementStrong communication & presentation
