Job Responsibilities:


  • Lead the overall strategy and administration of total rewards programs, including compensation, variable pay, benefits for the organization.
  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports and tax filings to the relevant authorities.
  • Ensure that any company benefit programmes ie medical care, pensions, bonuses etc. are managed efficiently and effectively.
  • Required to check and audit all payrolls to ensure legislative and awards compliance (tax compliance, superannuation etc.) .
  • Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals
  • Own Monthly dashboard preparation based on the changes in HRIS and the insights shared with senior team members.
  • Drive end to end Insurance & wellness programme through insurance registration process for new joiners and insurance renewal process.
  • Lead the design and administration of competitive compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and equity compensation plans.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitive salary and benefits packages.


Requirements :

MBA with at least 4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
