The ideal candidate will be hands-on, technically strong, and passionate about building high-quality software while guiding a talented team of developers.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-endarchitecture, design, and developmentof full-stack applications usingPHPandPython .Define and enforcecoding standards ,best practices , and modern development workflows.Collaborate closely withProduct, Design, and QAteams to ensure successful, high-quality delivery.Mentor and guide junior developers , fostering a culture of technical excellence and learning.Implement and manageCI/CD pipelines ,infrastructure automation , andAWS cloud deployments .Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive system performance optimizations.Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.Qualifications & SkillsEducation:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Experience:8–12 years in software development,including3+ years in a technical leadership role. ✅Core Skills:Strong hands-on expertise inPHP(Laravel, Symfony) andPython(Django, Flask).Deep understanding ofAWS(EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation, IAM).Proficiency inRESTful API design ,microservices , andserverless architecture .Solid experience withGit ,Docker , andCI/CD tools(e.g., Jenkins).Good to Have:Exposure toGo ,React , orVue.js .Experience withPrompt Engineeringor AI-integrated workflows.Familiarity withDevOpstools (e.g., Terraform).Insurance domain knowledgepreferred.Why ZywaveJoin a global leader in cloud-based solutions for the insurance and employee benefits industry.
