The ideal candidate will be hands-on, technically strong, and passionate about building high-quality software while guiding a talented team of developers.Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-endarchitecture, design, and developmentof full-stack applications usingPHPandPython . Define and enforcecoding standards ,best practices , and modern development workflows. Collaborate closely withProduct, Design, and QAteams to ensure successful, high-quality delivery. Mentor and guide junior developers , fostering a culture of technical excellence and learning. Implement and manageCI/CD pipelines ,infrastructure automation , andAWS cloud deployments . Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive system performance optimizations. Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.Qualifications & Skills Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience:8–12 years in software development,including3+ years in a technical leadership role. ✅ Core Skills: Strong hands-on expertise inPHP(Laravel, Symfony) andPython(Django, Flask). Deep understanding ofAWS(EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation, IAM). Proficiency inRESTful API design ,microservices , andserverless architecture . Solid experience withGit ,Docker , andCI/CD tools(e.g., Jenkins). Good to Have: Exposure toGo ,React , orVue.js . Experience withPrompt Engineeringor AI-integrated workflows.
