Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a Senior operation Manager. The Senior Operation manager will handle to oversee daily operations, improve processes, and ensure efficiency across all departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing resources, monitoring performance, implementing best practices, and driving operational excellence to support company growth.

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity,Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance within operational scope, Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, HR, sales, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth workflow, Drive initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and overall business performance.

Qualifications

  • Basic financial understanding (quotations, billing, budgets)
  • Client-focused and result-oriented approach
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills
  • Clerical Skills and general administrative support abilities
  • Project management and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
