We are looking for a

Lead HR Technology and Analytics

in

Mumbai on a short-term basis for 6-12 months

for one of our clients which is a reputed Group in India.

Role Purpose:Lead - HR Technology and Analytics is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR technology solutions and analytics capabilities to drive business outcomes, enhance employee experience, and inform data-driven decision-making across the organization. The incumbent will oversee HR technology, analytics, and data management, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:1. Configuration of HR processes to align with HR Technology2. Reengineering of HR processes in order to ensure configurability into HR Tech solution3. HR Process reengineering to align with the workflow of HR Technology4. Understanding of employee experience and identifying gaps in employee experience, especially in a digital first environment5. Creating employee experience using digital HR solutions6. Creating data integrity – ensuring data is right at the time of creation and at the time of integration into an HR Tech platform and ensuring continuous updation of the same based on anniversary shifts and actual shifts of data.7. In-depth understanding of top 15 HR SaaS solutions (India and globally) with the following capabilities:Rank-ordering to prioritize from a selection point of view.Listing of features and doing comparative analysis on good and not so good featuresDeep understanding of skill library and integrating the same into the HR Tech platform to create meaningful insights at the time of hiring, performance assessments, skill proficiency, careers and potential career choices.Appreciation of datalake and ability to i+C42ntegrate into various HR Tech solutionsVery good understanding of Power BI and integrating the same for analytics useful at leadershipDevelop and execute HR technology and analytics strategies aligned with business objectives.

HR Technology Strategy & Implementation: 30%1. Upgrade HR systems (e.g., PMS, Recruit, Onboarding, LMS).2. Enhance user experience by integrating systems."

Analytics & Insights: 20%1. Develop analytics dashboards as per requirements by senior leadership team.2. Develop and report key HR metrics (e.g., diversity, turnover, engagement) periodically."

Data Management & Governance: 30%1. Design procedures for data governance.2. Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance through periodic audits.3. Manage data requests by providing timely and accurate information."

Collaboration with HR Technology Team members across businesses: 20%1. Provide regular trainings to develop HR technology and analytics capability to team members in other businesses2. Closely work with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to find existing process gaps and solutions to fix them.3. Connect periodically with vendors and partners to implement new features.

Education Qualification :BE / B Tech preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems plus MBA in HR or related field.

Technical & Professional Knowledge required:1. Expertise with at least 1 of the HR systems viz. Successfactors, Darwinbox, Workday, Peoplestrong etc.2. Experience of working with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience with programming languages like Python, R etc. would be an added advantage3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience required:Proven track record of implementing HR technology solutions, analytics, or related field.
