Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract high-quality candidates. Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs. Build and maintain meaningful employee relationships to ensure a positive workplace culture. Provide performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development). Ensure compliance with labor regulations and employment standards. Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and monitor employee satisfaction. Maintain HR metrics to assess organizational health and inform necessary improvements. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures. Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues and concerns. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in an HR role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position. Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor regulations, and best practices. Hands-on experience with human resources information systems (HRIS). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills. Exceptional organizational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. Empathetic and approachable demeanor to effectively support employees. Capacity for strategic thinking and proactive mindset.
